Returns & Exchanges

Return for repentance, withdrawal or manufacturing defect (Only for Sales in Brazil):

The deadline for requesting the return of the return value is 07 days after receipt of the product, following the rules of the Consumer Protection Code. The refund process due to the withdrawal of the purchase will only be initiated after the receipt of the product in our distribution center and checking of its conditions.

The request must be made through our Customer Service Center.

The amount will be fully refunded.

The product must be exchanged or returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, labels and tags, without any violation of the sealing of the product and without any indication of use.

ATTENTION: Products that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted as an exchange or return and will automatically be sent back to the home address without prior consultation and freight charge.

Please be advised that it is currently not allowed to exchange or return the product in one of our physical stores.

In case of return by the Post Office, for reasons of “invalid address”, “unknown recipient”, “moved”, “owner not found” or similar situation, the value of the reshipment freight will be the customer’s responsibility.
